Architected T-Mobile's B2B division restructure from scratch: new operating models, role accountability frameworks, and governance structures across 5 separate business units and 30+ partner organizations. Raised executive satisfaction scores from 7.5 to an all-time high of 8.3 through structured feedback loops, proactive relationship management, and a redesigned quarterly review system.
